These Terms apply to all appointments, consultations, installations, and services provided by EHS. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. EHS may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email. Customers must provide accurate contact and location information at the time of booking. While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections, installations, or servicing.

Any estimates provided during a consultation are based on the information available at that time and may change upon closer inspection. No service, installation, or maintenance will proceed without customer approval. EHS reserves the right to decline service if unsafe working conditions or unforeseen issues are present.

Customers are expected to follow any care, usage, or maintenance instructions provided by EHS during or after service. They are also responsible for ensuring access to necessary utilities, such as water lines or electrical connections, for installation or servicing. Any issues with systems installed or serviced by EHS should be reported promptly.

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee. EHS may also reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staff availability, or weather conditions when necessary.

EHS is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including property damage, water damage, or health issues, resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of equipment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
